President Muhammadu Buhari is to announce open the South-East Economic and Security Summit (SEESS), booked to hold in Enugu on Dec.22.
Mr Tony Usidamen, the media advisor, by means of an announcement made accessible to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Enugu, said other prominent Nigerians would go to the occasion.
