It's Mad, It's Bad, It's Delicious, It's Confusing - Anthony Bourdain Has Never Seen Anything Like Lagos Before

Anthony Bourdain, as host of CNN's wildly successful show "Parts Unknown" has transverse the world in a culinary journey, in search of new cuisines and cultures. His well documented and wildly successful travels (he has won 5 Emmys) around the world, spiced with his legendary pranks and sometimes dry-humor is a mainstay for food lovers and travel aficionados.

He has been to every City in the world. Well, almost. But, really, if there was someone that should have seen it all, it is Anthony Bourdian. Then he came to Lagos.

For his latest episode for "Parts Unknown," the American visited Nigeria, Lagos to be precise, and the well travelled Chef was shocked by Lasgidi, at a time saying what most of us have said about the City one time or another:

It's Mad, It's Bad, It's Delicious, It's Confusing and I've never seen anything like it.
For a man of his exposure, those are really strong words. It is only fair to say Lagos' "structured" chaos left an impact on him, both on his palate and mind.
