An Anti-Bullying Message By A Sobbing Boy Shocks The World, And The World Answers Back

After facing consistent bullying in school, Keaton Jones asked his mother to record his plea.

The video, which has been seen over 20million on Facebook alone, suddenly went viral.

In the video, the boy, from Knoxville, asked why people are bullied for being different, when it was obviously not their fault.

The Mom, who said her son was going home early, as was always the case, because he could no longer stand the bullying at school extended her message to all bullies and anyone going through what her son was going through.

“Why do they bully? What’s the point of it? Why do you find joy in taking innocent people and finding a way to be mean to them?” he asked, sobbing. He added: “People that are different don’t need to be criticized about it. It’s not their fault.” he asked.

His questions garnered him friends and many admirer, both celebrities and everyday people. And many took to social media to show support for him.

The Mom later said the attention and support was overwhelming and it was hard keeping up with everything and everyone.

“At the end of the day, this isn’t new for us, & we still have to truck on thru the day to day...I’m humbled by the voice my boy has been given, but he’s still just a little boy, & he’s a little boy who desperately wants acceptance.”

Some celebrities have also chirped in with their support.
