All you need do is mix all solutions together, wash your hair and dry it partially, rub lotion on hair and allow to sit in for the rest of the day, do this consistently every day for more effective results.
2. EAT A HEALTHY AND IDEAL BALANCED DIET
Eating right is extremely important if you must prevent hair loss. Providing the right nutrient to your hair by eating a balanced diet would save your hair a great deal of fall.
